1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AfriSMME Hub website (https://afrismmehub.co.za) or submitting service requests, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable South African laws.
2. Service Quotations & SLAs
All formal project scopes, preventative maintenance contracts, and manufactured product deliveries are executed under individual written Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or binding work orders that supersede general web estimates.
3. Quality Supervision & Warranty
Workmanship delivered through AfriSMME Hub is performed under our centralized supervisory model and adheres to relevant statutory building standards (SANS). Specific warranties are detailed in official project documentation.
4. Applicable Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with legal domicile situated at 146, 10th Road, Kew, Johannesburg.
