Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Visionary behind the Hub’s mission and strategic direction. Oversees partnerships, governance, and ensures the Hub remains aligned with its founding purpose to empower through enterprise.
Graham Anderson
General Manager
Manages all operational activities including project coordination, site management, team deployment, and client relations. Ensures efficient delivery and quality control across all initiatives.
Chichi Phadi
Head of Legal & Business Development Affairs
Leads compliance, partnerships, and funding frameworks. Responsible for drafting agreements, securing investor relations, and ensuring strategic business growth.
Naledi Kgofelo
Training Coordinator
Oversees all skills development programmes, ensuring seamless coordination between SETAs, trainers, and participants to turn learning into sustainable livelihoods.

Factory Manager
Oversees production cycles, quality control, and shop floor management. Ensures the manufacturing arm of the Hub operates at peak efficiency while maintaining high standards of artisan craftsmanship.
